  • Change of Mind: Because books are often manufactured on demand, returns for reasons other than damage are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, physical books must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Digital Courses and Content

To match the digital content standards used by major platforms:

  • Digital Courses: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not consumed a significant portion of the course material (e.g., downloaded more than 25% of the content or completed more than two modules).

  • Immediate Access: Refunds may be restricted once the digital content has been fully accessed or downloaded.
